1. What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) per item?

a/ Rigid Retail Box (paperboard, leatherette, MDF, wooden, folding paper) - 3,000 pcs per style
b/ Recycling Non-woven Bag (screen printing - 3,000pcs offset or heat transfer printing - 5,000pcs)
c/  Imprinted Paper Bag - 3,000 pcs per style

2. Which products do you offer?

ArtWorld is specialized in retail packaging. For retail business products, we provide non-woven fabric
bag, paper bag, gift bag, set-up box, folding box, gift box and printed matter of corporate identity such as folders, postcards, brochures or others.

 

3. Does Artworld assist on packaging constructive design?

Yes, base on your physical product we will provide solid idea on materials & packaging constructive design to well protect or make impact your brand product image.

 

4. Does Artworld provide sourcing service beyond your product list?

Definitely. Beyond on our product list, we are glad to providing sourcing services such as inner layer packing material, ribbon, specialty paper, garment accessories etc.

 

 

Inquiry & Order  

 

5. What is your inquiry procedure?

1.        Sending inquiry via email with image or not.
2.        Reply inquiry within 24 hours confirmed receiving and process for quote take around 1~3days.
3.        Quotation will be faxed or email to you include product price terms F.O.B. or C.I.F.
4.        Make a mold-up sample have a basic idea of product outlook.

 

6. How long can I get your proof sample?

5 working days or less depend on product complexity, pre-production sample will be sent to you via Fedex, UPS or DHL for approval.

 

7. What is your production lead time?

Generally, for printed matter production lead time is take around 5 working days or less is able to ship out. Other product normally lead time is take around 14 to 25 working days depends on seasons and the quantity if there is no alternation on the pre-production sample.

 

8. What is your payment term?

Our payment term to be made by T/T with 40% deposit, the balance to be settled prior to the shipment.

 

9. What is your quality control policy prior to shipment?

Our quality standards are based on our customers' requests from pre-press process to control quality at all production stages and to ensure our complete service is total customer satisfaction.

10. What version of artwork files do you accept?

We accept the Adobe Illustrator (version CS3 or below), Photoshop (version CS3 or below), InDesign (version CS3 or below), CorelDraw (version 12 or below) and FreeHand (version 10 or below).

 

11. How do I upload or submit my artwork?

You can send your artwork file to Artworldhk.com via website upload, via e-mail and via postage. We will send you via email with our upload files link maximum size of file data is 200mb.

 

12. Can I submit the Microsoft word, Adobe pdf files instead of artwork files?

Basically, you can send the ms word, pdf as text format, graphic or images (*min.300dpi) should be separately send to us. We can work for you create the artwork file with reasonable services charge.
